Yes, Himachal’s son Anikesh has made headlines all over the world by pushing Asian Games silver medalist Indian athlete Mohammad Afsal to second place in the 800 meter running competition.Let us tell you that Indian athlete Mohammad Afsal had won the silver medal in the 800 meter race competition in the Asian Games by clocking 1:48:50.

But in the Grand Prix-1 held in Bengaluru city of India, Himachal’s son Anikesh completed the 800 meter race in 1:47:72 and pushed Indian Asian Games silver medalist Mohammad Afsal to second place and trending all over the world.

Athlete Anikesh Chaudhary from Himachal Pradesh is a native of Kangra district and has also practiced a lot in the sports hostel of Una district.
