Reported & Written By Kumud Sharma, Diary Times, Shimla, April 27: In the Shimla Lok Sabha seat of Himachal Pradesh, Dayal Pyari’s name was running on top from the Congress Party and considering the kind of image Dayal Pyari has, it seemed certain that Dayal Pyari could also be the winning candidate.

But the Congress Party High Command played a different game by giving ticket to Vinod Sultanpuri, MLA of Kasauli Assembly of Solan district.

Later, the suspended Congress leader Gangu Ram Musafir reached Himachal Congress headquarters and joined the Congress.

But the biggest problem arose when Himachal Pradesh Congress Organization General Secretary Rajneesh Kimta told the media that Gangu Ram Musafir’s joining Congress has not been approved and he had talked to state in-charge Rajiv Shukla.

The biggest reason why all this is happening is the Pachhad assembly seat of Sirmour district of Himachal Pradesh. Dayal Pyari getting the ticket from Shimla parliamentary constituency was confirmed by our reliable sources but due to his script being from Bharatiya Janata Party, She did not get the ticket.

If the political condition of the Congress government of Himachal Pradesh had not become so bad today, then Dayal Pyari would have been the Congress candidate from Shimla parliamentary constituency.
