Reported & Written By Kumud Sharma, Diary Times, Shimla, April 27:Â Sunni Police Station of Shimla district of Himachal Pradesh has exposed the accused Sher Singh, who worked for three years on the post of Nambardar on the basis of fake 10th class certificate.
In the entire case, allegations of fraud and obtaining a job on the basis of fake 10th class certificate have been made by the complainant against the accused Sher Singh before the Sunni Police Station Incharge.
The main accused has been identified by Sunni police in-charge as Sher Singh son of Dhaniram village Deola tehsil Sunni district Shimla.
Complainant Rakesh Verma told Sunni police in-charge that the accused Sher Singh had been working on the post of numberdar for three years by making a fake certificate of class 10th using the name of National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS).
Let us tell you that the complainant Rakesh Verma is the main resident of the accused’s village Deola.
Complainant Rakesh Verma made serious allegations against the accused Sher Singh and told the Sunni police in-charge that The accused had taken the post of Nambardar in village Deola in the year 2019 on the basis of fake tenth class certificate issued by the National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) for the month of April 2007 for the post of Nambardar in Nambardari circle village Deola. And after holding the post of Nambardar for three years, the accused Sher Singh has committed many dark deeds.
Based on the complaint of complainant Rakesh Verma, Sunni police station in-charge has started investigation by registering an FIR against accused Sher Singh under sections 420, 465, 468 and 471 of IPC.
