SJVN: India’s first multitasking green hydrogen production plant inaugurated at 1500 MW Nathpa Jhakri Hydropower Station, Himachal Pradesh

Yes, we are talking about India’s first multitasking green hydrogen pilot project built by SJVN, Which has been flagged off by Geeta Kapur, Chairman and Managing Director of SJVN from 1500 MW Nathpa Jhakri Hydroelectric Station of Himachal Pradesh.
This newly launched Green Hydrogen Pilot Project primarily envisages the supply of an electrolyzer at a speed of 20Nm3/hour as well as a fuel cell capacity of 25kW.
Let us tell you that this will be India’s first multitasking green hydrogen production plant which will not only produce electricity with its 25 kilowatt fuel cell capacity but will also provide High Velocity Oxygen Fuel (HVOF) coating for NJHPS to overcome combustion fuel shortage.
