Reported & Written By Kumud Sharma, Diary Times, Solan, April 21: Solan Police of Himachal Pradesh has launched a war against drug smugglers. On Sunday, a young man and a girl involved in the business of chitta supply were caught by laying a trap on the input. Both have been taken under strict interrogation.

The biggest revelation has been that both the accused used to sell drugs to the children of schools and colleges of Solan.

The accused include Uved Khan, aged twenty-nine years, son of Rahat Khan, resident of Kandaghat, district Solan, and girl Pooja Negi, aged twenty-three years, daughter of Deva Negi, resident of Bhavanagar, district Kinnaur.

Solan District Superintendent of Police Gaurav Singh has confirmed Uved Khan as a big smuggler and Uved will be interrogated for about nine rounds.
