Solan News: Father’s painful death due to heavy collision with a speeding truck on Kalka-Shimla Highway
The collision of the truck was so strong that the front tire of the truck crossed the body of Lal Chand who was walking on the roadside, resulting in the death of innocent Lal Chand on the spot.
Reported & Written By Kumud Sharma, Diary Times, Solan, April 16: A case of a very painful road accident has come to light in the Kalka-Shimla National Highway of Himachal Pradesh. According to the information received, Lal Chand, son of Veer Chand, the main resident of Siharri Mushlmana village of Kasauli, had come to Kumarhatti to meet his son. Lal Chand was returning on foot after meeting his son, when suddenly at 9 o’clock in the night, near the school canteen, Lal Chand was hit from behind by a truck number PB11CL-8371, which was speeding and the driver was negligent.

Further action is being taken against the truck driver by registering a case under section 279 and 304A of IPC by the Police teams of Dharampur Police Station.
