Reported & Written By Kumud Sharma, Diary Times, Shimla, April 13: On the eve of Himachal Day, Governor Shiv Pratap Shukla’s message to the people of the state will be broadcast from All India Radio Shimla on April 14, 2024 at 8 pm. This message will be broadcast simultaneously from all centers of All India Radio Shimla, FM Shimla, FM Hamirpur, FM Dharamshala and All India Radio Shimla.
