Una News: One Devotee Died After A Tempo Full Of Devotees Went Out Of Control And Overturned.
Devotees from Nawanshahr in Punjab had gone to Shahtalai to pay obeisance in a tempo. While returning home on the night of Monday-Tuesday, the tempo went out of control and overturned when it reached near Thana Kalan.
Reported & Written By Kumud Sharma, Diary Times, Una, April 09: A devotee has died after a tempo filled with devotees overturned in Thana Kalan under police station Bangana of Una district. While more than half a dozen devotees were injured.

According to the information, devotees from Nawanshahr in Punjab had gone to Shahtalai to pay obeisance in a tempo. While returning home on the night of Monday-Tuesday, the tempo went out of control and overturned when it reached near Thana Kalan. Tempo rider Balkar Singh died in the accident, while other devotees were injured.
The deceased has been identified as Balkar Singh son of Makhan Singh, resident of Nawanshahr, Punjab. All the injured were brought to Regional Hospital Una for treatment, from where two have been referred to PGI Chandigarh in critical condition.

SP Una Rakesh Singh said that after getting information about the accident, the police team reached the spot and took possession of the body and started investigation.
