Meenu Sharma is a resident of Samkhetar ward of Mandi city.
Let us tell you that Meenu has recently got the job of conductor in HRTC under sports quota. Meenu has also played national level in Kho-Kho thrice and once in Hockey. She has also worked in many private companies from 2005 to 2024.

Meenu told that due to family circumstances, she applied for a government job several times, but did not get success. Finally She got the job of conductor in HRTC under sports quota. It is a very difficult task for a woman to be a conductor, but many people also encourage her, due to which she is getting support.

Meenu told that the Himachal Pradesh Government and the Himachal Pradesh Road Transport Corporation management will have to do a lot of work for the facilities of women employees because till now this work was done only by men and the arrangements were also made in their favor. Meenu said that there is no separate arrangement for women to rest in the rest rooms that have been built.
Earlier, when she worked in private companies, there were separate facilities for women, although there were challenges there too. But Himachal Pradesh Road Transport Corporation management needs to pay attention to this.
