Reported & Written By Kumud Sharma, Diary Times, Bilaspur, April 05: The dead body of a youth was found under suspicious circumstances in Ghumarwin market on Thursday morning. When people saw the dead body, a crowd gathered. People informed the police about this. The police have taken the body into their custody and sent it for post-mortem. The deceased youth has been identified as 32-year-old Kulwinder Dhiman of village Bari Majherwan, tehsil Ghumarwin.

According to the information, on Thursday morning some people saw a young man lying in a suspicious condition behind the shops near Gandhi Chowk in Ghumarwin market. People tried to wake up the young man, but when no movement was seen in his body for a long time, the police was informed.
On the other hand, according to the information received from the police, the youth was a drug addict, against whom a case has been registered in the police station Ghumarwin. The police took action and informed the youth’s family members about this. After this the youth’s brother reached the spot, who identified the body.

The youth’s brother told the police that Kulwinder was not coming home for one and a half years. The brother has not expressed any doubt on his death. After recording the statement of the brother, the police took the body to Ghumarwin Hospital for post-mortem.
DSP Ghumarwin Chandrapal Singh said that people informed the police by phone that a young man was found lying in suspicious circumstances in the market. After which the police reached the spot, took possession of the body and sent it for post-mortem. It has been revealed that the young man was a drug addict, against whom a case has already been registered in the police station Ghumarwin. The cause of death will be known only after the post mortem report comes.
