Reported & Written By Kumud Sharma, Diary Times, Shimla, April 02: The CPS case was heard in the Himachal Pradesh High Court on Tuesday. After hearing both the sides, the next hearing of the case has been kept on April 22. The case was heard between Himachal Pradesh High Court Justice Vivek Singh Thakur and Justice BC Negi. Now there will be continuous debate in the matter from 22nd to 24th April and the decision will be taken.

Kalpana Devi’s lawyer Sanjay Kumar said that the case has been going on for a year and the Himachal Pradesh High Court is hearing the matter seriously. However, the Himachal Pradesh government is trying to put the matter on hold, now the matter will be debated continuously for three days from 22nd to 24th April and the decision will be taken soon.
