Shimla News: Pratibha Singh Said- Informed The High Command About Not Contesting Elections From Mandi.

Reported & Written By Kumud Sharma, Diary Times, Shimla, March 27: Before the start of the Congress Coordination Committee meeting in Chandigarh, Pratibha Singh reiterated that she will not contest elections from Mandi seat and left the future decision in this regard to the high command. When asked about contesting the Lok Sabha elections from Mandi, Himachal Pradesh Congress President Pratibha Singh said, “Absolutely not… I have told this to the party high command and now what they decide is up to them… We will make Congress win.”

At the same time, Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu said that there are complete preparations for the Lok Sabha elections. Today is the coordination committee meeting. We will win six out of six seats.
Let us tell you that a meeting of the coordination committee is being held in Chandigarh under the chairmanship of in-charge Rajiv Shukla. Strategy for Himachal elections will be made in the meeting. For better coordination between the government and the organization, a six-member coordination committee has been constituted by the high command. Chief Minister Sukhu, President Pratibha along with Mukesh, Kaul Singh, Ramlal and Dhaniram Shandil are present in the meeting.
