Mani Thakur was honored by Lieutenant General MV Sachitra in Prayagraj district of Uttar Pradesh on Thursday. There is a wave of happiness in the entire Nalagarh region after Mani Thakur received the Army Medal. Mani Thakur had killed one terrorist and injured another terrorist in Shopian (Kulgaon) of Jammu and Kashmir in the year 2021. There was firing going on all around Mani Thakur and Mani Thakur did not even care about the firing all around. On Thursday, Naik Mani Thakur was awarded the Sena Medal (Gallantry Award).

Naik Mani Thakur joined the Indian Army in the year 2010. Due to his ability, Mani Thakur is currently posted as a Naik. Hero Mani Thakur’s father Gopal Thakur, brother Pawan Kumar and Pushpendra Kumar have expressed happiness over him receiving the Sena Medal (Gallantry Award).
