Prof. Shyam Lal Kaushal: HPU Shimla Will Declare Pending Exam Results In A Month, Controller Of Exams Held A Meeting
Controller of Examinations Prof. Shyam Lal Kaushal said that the officials have agreed to make every possible effort to declare the results within the stipulated time limit.
Reported & Written By Kumud Sharma, Diary Times, Shimla , March 12: Himachal Pradesh University will declare the pending examination results of the examinations held in the year 2022 and 2023 within the next one month. On Monday, the Examination Controller of Himachal Pradesh University Pro. Shyam Lal Kaushal held a meeting with the Assistant and Deputy Registrar level officers of the respective branches to declare the pending examination results of the examinations held in the year 2022 and 2023. Officials of Project ERP of online system of Himachal Pradesh University were also involved in this meeting. Controller of Examinations Prof. Shyam Lal Kaushal took information about the pending examination results from the officials of evaluation and re-evaluation branches, examination branches of various courses and learned about the problems being faced in preparing the results.

The Controller of Examinations of Himachal Pradesh University Pro. Shyam Lal Kaushal gave a deadline to the responsible officials of the ERP project in collaboration with the officials of the branches of the university to prepare and declare the results of all the pending UG, PG degree and diploma courses within a month in any case.
In this meeting which lasted for about an hour, the Controller of Examinations Pro. Shyam Lal Kaushal said that every branch should ensure to declare the examination results on time. Only after the previous pending results are declared, the University will be able to declare the results of the examinations to be held from March 28 on time, hence it is necessary to declare the previous results.

He told the officials that to prepare pending UG, PG degree and diploma courses results, the HPU administration will support them in every way whether the employees work overtime or provide whatever facilities they require.
