Kangra: Vegetable Shop Owner Dies in Tanda Medical College Due to Dispute Over Dirty Bathroom Water, Case of Murder Registered
Rakkad police station in-charge Gurdev Singh told Diary Times correspondent Kumud Sharma that the entire case has been linked to murder section by the Rakkad police.
A case of murder due to mutual dispute has been registered in Sakrala village of Nagrota under Rakkad police station of Kangra district of Himachal Pradesh.
Devraj, who was injured in an attack by neighbors on Saturday, died around 4:30 am on Tuesday.

Devraj was undergoing treatment at Tanda Medical College.
Devraj breathed his last during treatment in the Tanda Medical College & Hospital. Rakkar police have registered a case by linking the entire matter with the section of murder.
Know the whole matter –
According to complete information, a dispute had started in Sakrala village on Saturday evening regarding the dirty water flowing from the bathroom, in which the deceased Devraj had objected that the dirty water falls on the vegetables kept in his shop. Just then, the mother and son attacked their neighbor Devraj (49) and his wife Reena Devi as well as their 12-year-old daughter Trishika with bricks and stones.
Devraj was admitted to Civil Hospital Garli after being seriously injured in the attack. After which, when Devraj’s condition deteriorated, he was referred to Tanda Medical College, where Devraj died.
Rakkad police station in-charge Gurdev Singh told Diary Times correspondent Kumud Sharma that the entire case has been linked to murder section by the Rakkad police. The process of handing over the body to the family after post-mortem is underway. The accused mother and son have been identified as Bholi Devi and Ankush (30).
