It is not right to make Bilaspur the border of India and Pakistan. Many sections have been imposed. Sections even including robbery have been imposed. Who has committed the robbery? It is not appropriate to impose such sections on heads and elected representatives. This dispute has been going on for a long time.
Deputy Chief Minister and CM are giving orders to stop the work. But despite the refusal, work is going on there. Such a big plan is being made without the report of hydrologist. Ambuja company has given money, so people feel that water is going for this company. There are water problems in summer. Plans stop. Why has this stubbornness taken hold? Stop making schemes and close the FIR.
On this, Industry Minister Harsh Vardhan Chauhan said that this is an important matter. The contractor may be working as per his own free will. They do not want there to be tension among the people of the area.
The Speaker said that the matter would be taken up on Friday. On this, BJP members raised slogans in the House. The opposition remained adamant on discussing this and walked out of the House. Earlier, the proceedings of the second day took place in condolence on the death of former MLA Dinanath Gautam. Only after that the question hour started. Before the proceedings began in the morning, Leader of Opposition Jairam Thakur and BJP MLAs went into the House raising slogans. BJP MLAs raised slogans against the government in protest against the violence over the Kikar-Navgaon water project being built on the border of Solan-Bilaspur. During this, BJP MLA Randhir Sharma was seen showing his injured fingers.
