Himachal Weather Update: IMD Predicts Heavy Rain and Snowfall in Many Areas, Know The Latest Weather
Due to the impact of western disturbance, rain and snowfall activity is expected to increase in the state from February 18. There is going to be rain and snowfall in most areas of the state on 19th and 20th February. There is also a possibility of drop in temperature during rain and snowfall.

There are chances of worsening weather in many parts of Himachal Pradesh due to the activity of western disturbance. According to Meteorological Center Shimla, there may be rain and snowfall in some high mountainous parts of the state on February 12 and 13. After this, the weather is going to remain clear from 14 to 16 February. A fresh western disturbance is going to be active from the night of 17th February. Due to the impact of western disturbance, rain and snowfall activity is expected to increase in the state from February 18. There is going to be rain and snowfall in most areas of the state on 19th and 20th February. There is also a possibility of drop in temperature during rain and snowfall.
At the same time, in the capital Shimla and surrounding areas today it is cloudy with light sunshine.

Minimum temperature in Shimla 5.6, Sundernagar 2.7, Bhuntar 1.5, Kalpa -1.2, Dharamshala 4.4, Una 3.8, Nahan 8.1, Palampur 4.5, Solan 3.0, Manali 0.2, Kangra 5.6, Mandi 2.8, Bilaspur 5.0, Chamba 4.9, Jubbarhatti 8.0, Kufri 4.2, Narkanda 1.1, Bharmour 2.7, Reckong Peo 1.2, Seubag 1.0, Dhaulakuan 6.4, Barthin 3.4, Samdo -7.2, Sarahan 5.5 and Dehragopipur recorded 9.0 degrees Celsius.
