State Cooperative Bank: Important BOD Decisions – Direct Recruitment of 265 Clerks Announced.
State Cooperative Bank Chairman Devindra Shyam told in a press conference that with the aim of providing employment to the youth of Himachal Pradesh, the decision to do direct recruitment of 265 junior clerks has been taken in the meeting of the Board of Directors.
265 Junior Clerk will be recruited in Himachal Pradesh State Cooperative Bank. This year the State Cooperative Bank is also going to open 22 new branches in different areas of Himachal Pradesh. Many important decisions have been taken in the meeting of the Board of Directors held late evening on Tuesday under the chairmanship of State Cooperative Bank Chairman Devindra Shyam. In the meeting of the Board of Directors, it has also been decided to promote 209 officers and employees of the State Cooperative Bank and regularize 178 daily wage employees.

Also, State Cooperative Bank Chairman Devindra Shyam said that in view of the expansion of its services in various places of Himachal Pradesh by the Board of Directors, 22 new branches recently approved by RBI will be started smoothly in the financial year 2023-24. It has also been decided to do so. Devindra Shyam said that the State Cooperative Bank is always settling every matter related to all its trusted employees on priority basis. The State Cooperative Bank is taking immediate decisions in all matters related to service rules to benefit the employees.
The State Cooperative Bank is playing a meaningful role in the all-round development of its employees and customers through its various customer oriented business schemes. With the opening of 22 new branches of the State Cooperative Bank, banking facilities are going to be available to the people of various rural areas at their doorstep.
