Teacher Becomes Predator: Girl Students Molested In Tuition Centre, Instructor Accused of Indecent Acts; Case Registered
A case of molestation and obscene acts has been registered against two girl students studying in a tuition center in Mandi district of Himachal Pradesh. Mandi District Police Administration has registered the entire case on the basis of the complaint of the parents of both the girl students and has started the investigation process.
The entire case of obscene acts and molestation of two girl students studying in a tuition center in Mandi district of Himachal Pradesh has come to light. The main accused of obscene acts and molestation of both the girl students is the instructor teaching tuition in the tuition centre.

A complaint has been lodged by the parents of both the girl students in the Mahila Police Station, Mandi district.
Mahila Police, Mandi District Administration has registered a case against the tuition instructor on the basis of the complaint of the parents and has started the further investigation process.
Also, both the girl students have been handed over to their parents after the counseling process by the Child Welfare Committee, Mandi District.
The parents of both the girl students have accused the instructor teaching in a tuition center running in Mandi city of doing obscene acts and molesting both the girl students.
When both the girl students told about obscene acts and molestation to their friends and parents of both the girl students, on the basis of the complaint, a complete complaint was lodged in Mahila Police Station, Mandi district.
The counseling process of both the girl students has been completed by the teams of Mahila Police Station Mandi District near Child Welfare.
After completion of the counseling process, both the girl students have been handed over to their parents.
Mandi District Police Administration SP Sagar Chandra told Diary Times correspondent Kumud Sharma that the parents have accused the instructor teaching in a tuition center running in Mandi city of obscene acts and molestation with two girl students. On the basis of the complaint of the parents of both the girl students, Mahila Police Station Mandi in-charge has registered a complete case against the instructor teaching in the tuition center under the POCSO Act as well as all other sections. The entire investigation process has been started by the teams of Mahila Police Mandi district.
