An engineer of the National Highway Authority of India (NHAI) has been caught red-handed while taking a bribe of more than fifty thousand rupees by the teams of Himachal Pradesh Vigilance in Bhuntar of Kullu district of Himachal Pradesh.

Himachal Pradesh Vigilance has registered a case against the NHAI engineer and started the investigation process.
The entire incident is being reported to have happened around 11 am on Wednesday.

An NHAI engineer has been caught taking bribe by laying a trap in a planned manner by the teams of Himachal Pradesh Vigilance In Kullu district.
Himachal Pradesh Vigilance Kullu DSP Ajay Kumar told Diary Times correspondent Kumud Sharma that the investigation process of the entire case has been started after catching the NHAI engineer red-handed. The NHAI engineer will be produced before the Himachal Pradesh High Court within the next 24 hours.
