Himachal: Trouble Running HRTC Buses To Vrindavan And Ayodhya In Uttar Pradesh, Know The Reason
The entire issue of starting direct HRTC bus service from Nahan, the Sirmaur district administration headquarters of Himachal Pradesh, to Vrindavan, the holy city of Lord Shri Krishna, is completely pending. Almost all the formalities for starting the bus service have been completed by Himachal Pradesh Road Transport Corporation (HRTC), but the problems have increased due to the Uttar Pradesh government not getting counter time for HRTC buses. The whole matter is not only about running HRTC bus from Sirmaur district administration headquarters Nahan to Vrindavan, but the entire matter of running HRTC buses from other bus depots of Himachal Pradesh to Ayodhya is also stuck with the Uttar Pradesh government.
According to complete information, a detailed plan has been prepared to run direct HRTC buses from Himachal Pradesh capital Shimla, Mandi, Hamirpur, Dharamshala as well as Una district to Ayodhya. At present, talks are not possible with the Uttar Pradesh government on all these schemes. Due to which direct HRTC bus services for Vrindavan and Ayodhya are not starting yet. It is also being told that the matter of complete HRTC bus service has reached the Uttar Pradesh government. Correspondence has also been sent to the Uttar Pradesh government. Along with this, the former regional manager of Sirmaur District Administration Headquarters Nahan Depot and other officials of Himachal Pradesh Road Transport Corporation have also visited Uttar Pradesh several times regarding the issue of direct HRTC bus service.

According to complete information, thousands of people of Sirmaur district of Himachal Pradesh leave every year by booking luxury buses or through private vehicles and taxis to visit the holy city of Lord Shri Krishna, Vrindavan, Ayodhya, Mathura as well as Gokul. As per the current situation, the wait of thousands of devotees who have been waiting for a long time for the direct bus service of Himachal Pradesh Road Transport Corporation to travel is going to increase due to non-availability of counter time.
On the other hand, Himachal Pradesh Road Transport Corporation (HRTC) Board General Manager Pankaj Singhal said that the entire matter of starting direct HRTC bus service has become complicated due to non-availability of counter time.
