Mandi District Police Administration took strict action in the entire case of fraud being committed by QFX Company and arrested four more accused related to QFX case and will be produced in the judicial custody of Himachal Pradesh High Court on Tuesday.
Of all the four accused arrested by the Mandi district police administration, three accused have been identified as residents of Jogindernagar in Mandi district, while one accused has been identified as a resident of Amb in Una district.

All the four accused arrested by the Mandi District Police Administration are being rigorously interrogated one by one by the Mandi District Police Administration regarding how the complete fraud was committed in the QFX case and their entire role in this case.
Among the four main accused arrested by the Mandi District Police Administration in the entire QFX case, the first accused Ramesh, aged thirty-two years, is the main resident of Nakehar Tehsil Jogindernagar Mandi District and the second accused Kewal Krishna, aged fifty-one years, resident of Gram Panchayat and Post Office Takrala Tehsil Amb Una District. The third accused, identified as Chaman Lal, age forty-four years, chief resident of Gram Panchayat, Panchjan Tehsil, Jogindernagar, Mandi district, and the fourth accused, identified as Jitendra Kumar alias Juli, age forty-five years, Gram Panchayat, Balakrupi, Tehsil, Jogindernagar, Mandi district, were arrested in the judicial custody of the Himachal Pradesh High Court Has been sent for appearance and hearing process on Tuesday.
Earlier, in the case of fraud of Sampoorna QFX Company, Mandi District Police Administration arrested three main accused and kept them in police remand of Mandi District Police Administration as per the order of Himachal Pradesh High Court, along with the arrest of Sampoorna QFX Company, Mandi Police A woman director has also been accused by the company who has been found involved in all the conspiracies of fraud and cheating.
On the other hand, Mandi District Police Administration SP Soumya Sambashivan, while addressing the Diary Times press conference, said that Mandi District Police Administration arrested four more main accused in the Sampoorna QFX Company fraud case and sent them to the judicial custody of Himachal Pradesh High Court Will be presented on Tuesday.
Also, SP Soumya Sambasivan said that the investigation process has been started by the Mandi District Police Administration on the basis of all the facts and evidence in the case of fraud of the entire QFX Company, and on the basis of the investigation, all the teams of the Mandi District Police Administration have arrested all the accused. By raiding the hideouts and bases of the accused, the arrest process has been further intensified to prevent the accused from fleeing abroad.
Mandi District SP Soumya Sambashivan told Diary Times correspondent Kumud Sharma that similar to the well-known cryptocurrency fraud case of Himachal Pradesh, Mandi District Police Administration has seized Rs 210 crore made by investors in the name of Forex trading of the entire QFX company. New revelations are being made every day in the matter of complete investment fraud.
The entire network of investments made in the name of QFX Company has been found to be connected to Himachal Pradesh as well as four other states and all the major cities of India.
Due to which, in the case of fraud and cheating committed by the entire QFX Company in the name of Forex Trading, the process of arresting the accused has been intensified by sealing three offices of the QFX Company.
QFX Company was not approved by the SEBI Board for conducting Forex trading. Due to which all the other documents of QFX company are being scrutinized and all the action and investigation reports are being prepared.
