It is being told that the woman had gone to her farm early in the morning to graze the animals. On the other hand, according to the information received, the main reason for the death of the woman under Ward Goth of Nanahar Panchayat on Monday afternoon is said to be lightning strike while grazing cattle in the field.
When the woman was suddenly struck by lightning due to inclement weather, thirty-eight year old Salochana Devi, a resident of Palampur assembly in Kangra district, Gonth Nanahar, died after getting injured.

After being injured, the woman was brought to the hospital on the spot, where the doctors declared her dead after examination. It is being told that the woman’s husband works as a labourer. While the woman’s two sons are still studying.
Chief Panchayat head Jovan Lal has demanded financial assistance for the family of the deceased woman.
Kangra DSP Lokendra Singh Negi told Diary Times correspondent Kumud Sharma that the woman’s body has been handed over to her family after post-mortem.
