Xiaomi India Launches Digital Loan Scheme to Buy Smartphones

Xiaomi India has started working on a digital loan scheme with Axios, a financial services provider to consumers, and Trustsonic, a financial services provider firm, to provide digital loans.

Beijing, China’s smartphone manufacturing company Xiaomi India has started ‘Xiaomi Easy Finance’ (XEF) scheme. Xiaomi India has described the digital loan scheme as an important step to increase its consumer base in India.

Xiaomi India President B Muralikrishnan said in a press conference, “Our main objective is to provide simple and hassle-free customer service to all Xiaomi smartphones. Xiaomi India Digital Loan Scheme will provide all the consumers in India with easy financial facilities. Xiaomi smartphones are easily available to Xiaomi India consumers in any corner of India, be it village or city.

Xiaomi India is going to be the first to launch its digital loan scheme with the Redmi 12 handset product through Flipkart with a starting price of Rs 9999.

Xiaomi India said that ‘Xiaomi Digital Loan Scheme’ is an important financial scheme, through which Xiaomi consumers can easily get their loan approved. Xiaomi India Digital Loan Scheme is completely paperless. Through this initiative, Xiaomi customers can easily get Xiaomi smartphones approved through No Cast EMI.

Xiaomi India has partnered primarily with digital financial assistance provider Axio and digital security and financial services provider Trustsonic for the digital loan scheme.
