Shahnawaz Hussain was at the house of Mumbai BJP president and Bandra MLA Ashish Shelar. His health deteriorated there, after which he was taken to the hospital.
Shahnawaz Hussain was staying at the house of Bharatiya Janata Party President Ashish Shelar in Bandra, Mumbai, due to his condition continuously deteriorating, he has been taken to Lilavati Hospital.
Former Union Minister and senior leader of Bharatiya Janata Party Shahnawaz Hussain suffered a sudden heart attack at around 4 pm on September 26 at Ashish Shelar’s house, due to which he has been admitted to Lilavati Hospital in Mumbai under the supervision of specialist doctors.
Jalil Parkar, senior doctor of Lilavati Hospital, told Diary Times that Shahnawaz Hussain’s angioplasty was successfully done. At present, due to his critical condition, he has been kept in ICU. Tomorrow Shahnawaz Hussain can be shifted to the private ward of Lilavati.

Hussain was earlier admitted to Delhi’s AIIMS in August after suffering from health issues.
Then the doctors at AIIMS, Delhi advised him to take rest.
