Rail Service Restored from Kalka to Tara Devi on the World Heritage Kalka Shimla Railway Line

Indian Railways has successfully received clearance for the World Heritage Kalka-Shimla Railway Track up to Taradevi. First of all, after bringing the railway track between Kalka and Solan back on track, the Railways has started operating services for Taradevi from Tuesday. No reservation facility has been provided in both the trains from Kalka to Solan and Kalka to Taradevi.

World famous Kalka-Shimla railway track restored for Taradevi –

Shimla News- Indian Railways has successfully received clearance for the World Heritage Kalka-Shimla Railway Track up to Taradevi. First of all, after bringing the railway track between Kalka and Solan back on track, the Railways has started operating services for Taradevi from Tuesday. No reservation facility has been provided in both the trains from Kalka to Solan and Kalka to Taradevi.

Indian Railways has successfully completed the trial run from Solan to Taradevi.

First train leaves for Taradevi –

From Tuesday, the first train from Kalka to Taradevi reached Taradevi at 8:45 am in which the number of passengers was 52. For the successful operation of trains, all the timetables have been made public by the Railways on Saturday. Indian Railways has successfully set the deadline of 30th September from Kalka to Shimla.

Indian Railway management showed strength on the yard –

The special train was successfully tested by the Indian Railway station management from September 20 between Kalka and Solan and now this train is running as per time from morning to evening. Now the Indian Railway Station Management has successfully tested and started operating the railway from Kalka to Taradevi.
