Responding to the resolution brought by Indradutt Lakhanpal during the monsoon session of the Legislative Assembly, Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu said that If anyone stops the road that has been running for centuries, his electricity and water connection will be cut off.

He said that this problem is maximum in Una, Hamirpur, Bilaspur and Kangra. The Chief Minister said that the sub-divisional officer These powers have been given that they can get the closed roads opened with the help of police and revenue department.

He said that if any person still does not agree, then a case can be registered under CRPC Act 188, in which there is also a provision for punishment.

After the assurance of the Chief Minister, Indradutt Lakhanpal withdrew his resolution.

Earlier, Education Minister Rohit Thakur said that as the population is increasing, such cases are also increasing.
