Himachal News : World Heritage Kalka-Shimla Railway Track restored till Solan, movement of trains till Solan starts

Himachal News : Nearly two months after the disaster on the World Heritage Kalka Shimla railway track, train movement has started once again from Kalka to Solan.

About forty foreign nationals traveled in this train on the very first day, out of which about thirty-five passengers disembarked at Dharampur itself. The same two Israeli tourists came to Solan.

According to the Indian culture, about 150 tourists who came by train were welcomed by the Railway Department in Solan by applying flowers and tilak, which was very much liked by the domestic and foreign tourists.

Railway station master Dinesh Sharma said that about 150 passengers traveled in the train which started from Kalka to Solan after seventy-two days.
