Kullu News : The decision to keep both stretches of the road from Patlikuhal to Manali closed for all types of vehicles for three hours till September 22 has been taken by DC Kullu Ashutosh Garg.
The decision to keep the roads on both sides of National Highway 3 from Patlikuhal to Manali closed for three hours a day till September 22 has been taken by DC Kullu Ashutosh Garg. During this period, the work of repairing the National Highway and filling potholes will be done by NHAI for three hours a day. Meanwhile, it has been decided to continue diverting traffic on National Highway 3 between Kullu and Manali via the left route.
DC Kullu Ashutosh Garg told Diary Times correspondent Kumud Sharma that time was sought by the National Highway Authority of India for construction along with repairs and maintenance, DC Kullu Ashutosh Garg has issued unanimous orders in this regard.
DC Kullu Ashutosh Garg gave the decision to the officials in the meeting to completely block both the stretches of the road till September 22 in view of the repair and construction works on National Highway 3 from Patlikuhal to Manali.
DC Kullu Ashutosh Garg told Diary Times correspondent Kumud Sharma that it has been decided to keep both the four-lane sections of National Highway 3 from Patlikuhal to Manali closed for three hours a day till September 22 to repair it as soon as possible.
