Solan News : Police ready to keep Parwanoo -Shimla National Highway open
Solan News : Solan Superintendent of Police Gaurav Singh has said that the district police is ready at all times to keep the Parwanoo-Shimla National Highway and all other routes open for traffic.
While talking to the journalists in Solan, Gaurav Singh said that about two hundred and fifty police officers and employees are deployed round the clock on the Parwanoo-Shimla road itself so that the traffic can be maintained smoothly and the apple growers and other people traveling through the road can be prevented. Don’t be inconvenienced.
He said that these efforts of Solan District Police during the disaster have also presented the human face of the police in front of the society and the confidence of the general public in the police has increased.
He said – During the disaster that occurred due to heavy rains in district Solan, the district administration of Solan worked diligently to repair the major national highways in the district, such as NH 05 which connects Shimla to Chandigarh. NH 2 0 5 which connects Arki. It is in Dalaghat area and NH 9 0 7 A which connects Kumarhatti to Nahan and apart from this, other major roads and state roads which were closed due to landslides were cleared.
And all the essential services in it were continued smoothly.
