Himachal News : In order to increase the interest of the people towards letter writing, a letter writing competition will be organized by the Head Post Office Hamirpur. Hemshankar, Superintendent of Post Office said that people can participate in the letter competition based on Digital India and New India theme. For which people can write a letter and send it to the concerned post office by October 31.

He told that children below the age of eighteen years can participate in letter writing and people of higher age group can participate in the second category.

He said – Our department has organized a letter writing competition. Two categories have been created for this. Children below the age of 18 years in one category and persons above eighteen years of age in the second category can participate. So at the state level the price is different in both the categories, the first price is 25 thousand, the second price is 10 thousand and the third price is 5 thousand.

At the national level, the price has increased a little more. The first price is fifty thousand, the second price is twenty five thousand and the third price is ten thousand rupees. Along with this, the winners of the competition will also be honored with a certificate.
