Farmers are getting good price of apple in Himachal Pradesh
After tomato, Solan’s fruit and vegetable market is now buzzing with apples. The first cape of apples arrived in Solan’s vegetable market, for which the gardeners got a better price.
However, this time the apple crop has decreased by 25 percent as compared to last year. Gardeners got prices ranging from seven hundred rupees to two thousand rupees from the market, due to which the gardeners appeared satisfied. Gardeners told that due to less crop, they are hopeful of getting better price this time.
A gardener said – he is getting a good rate and it is expected that he will get a good rate in the future as well. On the other hand, the apple dealer has also expressed the hope that this time the gardeners will get good apples.
He said – Sev has started coming in the market since a couple of days. Till now very few people are coming because rains have spoiled the crop this time also, due to which the crop is expected to be less this time and I think that this time the gardeners will get good prices for their crops.
So, in this way, the apple crop has just started in the mandis and in such a situation, both the gardeners and the gardeners are expecting a good crop.
