Himachal News : Rs 362 crore loss in Himachal Pradesh so far due to monsoon
During the monsoon in Himachal Pradesh, so far more than three hundred and sixty two crore rupees have been damaged to government and private property. Out of this, the maximum loss of two hundred and four crore rupees has been incurred by the Public Works Department.
Apart from this, Jal Shakti Department has suffered a loss of one hundred and twenty-seven crores, Horticulture Department twenty-six crores, Electricity Department ninety-two lakhs and Urban Development Department thirty-eight lakhs.
Due to heavy rains, kutcha and pucca houses, seven shops and thirty-four cow sheds have been damaged in the state so far, while three hundred young cattle have also died.
And along with this, the state has seen a lot of rain so far and this is the reason that Himachal Pradesh has so far seen a lot of damage from the monsoon.
