Himachal Pradesh : Shrikhand Mahadev Yatra will start from July 7
The famous Shrikhand Mahadev Yatra of Kullu district, which is one of the most difficult religious journeys in North India, is going to start from July 7. This journey will continue till July 20.
Kullu Superintendent of Police Sakshi Verma said that this time the Shrikhand Mahadev religious yatra has been divided into sectors and 70 policemen will be deployed for security during the yatra.
He said that policemen in civil dress will also be deployed to prevent the effects of intoxication during the Yatra. He made it clear that action will be taken against those who go on Yatra without registration.
He told – Shrikhand Mahadev Yatra which is starting from 7th July. Its duration is from 7th July to 20th July. A lot of detailed meeting and planning has been done regarding the arrangements for this Yatra, preparations have also been made exclusively by the police department.
About 70 police officers will be deployed in our deployment. And in order to plan their deployment, we have divided the entire area, the area of the yatra and the root of our traffic. Divided into sectors.
