Here in Sirmaur district as well, the river drains are in spate amid heavy rains.District Deputy Commissioner Sumit Khemta has appealed to the people to stay away from the river drains amid incessant rains.He also urged all the subdivisional officers at the sub-divisional level to Guidelines have been issued.
