Traditional Koti Timba fair held in Sirmour district, playing thoda is the main attraction of the fair
The traditional Koti Temba fair held in the name of Maa Bageshwari, the presiding deity of Raso temple area of Pachhota sub-tehsil in Sirmour district, has concluded.
Padmashree Shri Vidya Anand Sadak participated in the fair as the chief. In this three-day fair, the traditional khoda game was the center of attraction and during this the khoda teams from different regions displayed their talents.
Fair committee official Rakesh Thakur told that this fair is the main medium of entertainment for the people of Rasu, Madhav, Chaupal and Thok areas. He said that this time an attempt has been made by the fair committee to give a new look to this fair. At the conclusion of the fair, the people who contributed significantly in this event were also honored by giving mementos.
