BJP MP Suresh Kashyap has said that the party will take up the matter of the murder of a youth in Saloni area of Chamba district before the National Commission for Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes.

Talking to reporters in Nahan, he said that apart from this, the central agencies will also be demanded to conduct a serious investigation in this matter so that the victim’s family can get justice.

He said that it is clear from this incident that the law and order situation in the state has gone haywire. Suresh Kashyap said that even before this, the law and order situation has deteriorated during the tenure of the Congress governments.

It has also been a history that even before this and last time when the Congress government was in power, this type of incident kept happening during the time of Congress and I think this latest case is very unfortunate for Himachal Pradesh.

Definitely we will raise this matter in the SC commission this time regarding this matter. The second thing is that we will take this matter from the central agency even above our own level so that it can be investigated impartially and the guilty can be punished severely.
