PM Modi holds telephone conversation with Crown Prince: Prime Minister Narendra Modi spoke on the telephone with Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman of Saudi Arabia. The talks between the two leaders on Thursday covered a wide range of bilateral and multilateral issues. The Crown Prince said that Saudi Arabia has full support for the G-20 meeting in India.
Saudi Arabia’s Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman will come to India to attend the G-20 meeting. He said this to Prime Minister Narendra Modi in a telephonic conversation on Friday. At the same time, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has thanked Saudi Arabia’s Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman for helping Indian citizens stranded in Sudan to reach Jeddah. The PM telephoned the Crown Prince on Thursday. During this, many bilateral and multilateral issues of global importance were discussed between the two. The PM also wished the Saudi Crown Prince for the upcoming Haj. At the same time, Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman said that his country strongly supports India for the presidency of the G-20.
Prime Minister Modi spoke with Mohammed bin Salman on a wide range of issues and also discussed ways to further strengthen India-Saudi Arabia relations. In this sequence, the PM thanked Saudi Arabia for helping him to evacuate Indians stranded there during the unrest in Sudan in April. PM told Salman that now Muslims from all over the world will go for Haj in Saudi Arabia, India wishes for this.
Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman discussed the chairmanship of G-20 in the conversation. He said that his country Saudi Arabia fully supports the G-20 meeting being chaired by India. Salman said that he would come to India to attend the G-20 meeting. Both the leaders talked about maintaining mutual contact even further.
