According to the Virginia City’s Richmond Police Force, the perpetrator of this shooting incident is a 19-year-old boy. Giving information about the incident to the Diary Times, Richmond Police Superintendent Rick Edwards said that this 19-year-old boy not only targeted one person but also made the Altria Theater, the main auditorium of the Virginia Commonwealth University’s convocation ceremony.
