Shiv Sena controversy: Had Uddhav Thackeray not resigned, he could have given relief – Supreme Court
A five-judge constitution bench of the Supreme Court is giving its verdict in the Shiv Sena (Uddhav faction) versus Shiv Sena (Shinde faction) dispute. Chief Justice of India (CJI) DY Chandrachud, Justice MR Shah, Justice Krishna Murari, Justice Hima Kohli and Justice PS Narasimha are included in this constitution bench. A five-judge bench has looked into the matter along with other important questions of law as per the interpretation of the Constitution.
