Eligibility Criteria for Patna High Court assistant recruitment test
Nationality:
- The applying candidate should be a citizen of India or,
- A Tibetian refugee who came in India before 1st January, 1972 with the intention of permanently settling down in India , or
- A person of Indian origin from Pakistan, Burma, Sri lanka and East African countries and Zambia with the intention of permanently settling in India, or
Age Limit:
- The Candidate applying for the post of assistant should not be less than the age of 18 years as on 1st January, 2023 .

Educational Qualifications
The candidates applying for the post of assistant in Patna High Court must possess these qualifications:

- log in to the Registration portal.
- In the registration portal, the candidate needs to fill all relevant data such as their Name, DOB, Parent’s Name, Email ID, Phone Number, Reservation Category.
- After the verification is done, a registration number and password will be generated and will be delivered to their email /SMS.
- The candidate have to log in with the registration number and password generated in order to fill the application form.
