Honorable Chief Minister of Himachal Pradesh, Shri Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu said that Himachal Pradesh Government is going to start the recruitment process of more than twelve hundred constables and women sub-inspectors in the police department in the entire Himachal Pradesh as soon as possible with complete transparency.

Hon’ble Chief Minister of Himachal Pradesh, Shri Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu has been continuously developing and emphasizing on all the reforms in the Himachal Pradesh Police Department on the basis of future events and increasing challenges.

In an important meeting held with all the senior officials of Himachal Pradesh Home Department, Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu said that along with the constantly changing technology, Himachal Pradesh Police is also keeping abreast of all the new ways in which criminals commit crimes. Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu said that All Technology Upgradation should be done on time For Himachal Pradesh Police.

Due to which, adopting new technology to bring changes in its new functioning has become the biggest need of the Himachal Pradesh Police Department today.

In view of all the criminal cases, modernization and adoption of new technology as well as continuous improvement of Himachal Pradesh Police due to professional approach has become the biggest need of today.

CM Sukhu has specifically issued all the guidelines to the senior officers for the continuous use of new technologies including Artificial Intelligence as well as all other modern software in the Himachal Pradesh Police Department.

Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu said that due to continuous modernization of Himachal Pradesh Police Department, Himachal Pradesh State Government will provide financial assistance by taking loan.

CM Sukhu said that in the coming days, the recruitment process of more than twelve hundred constables and women sub-inspectors in Himachal Pradesh Police Department is going to start from next month.

CM Sukhu asked Himachal Pradesh Police to follow all the guidelines of preparing district-wise groups of all police personnel by providing special training to all police personnel in principle in all modern technologies and also said that Himachal Pradesh Police Department has all types of With the commencement of modernization campaigns, the effective contribution of all policemen in catching criminals will especially increase.

Himachal Pradesh Police personnel in every police station of all the twelve districts of Himachal Pradesh will now be empowered to proactively deal with the ever increasing cyber crime complaints.

Chief Minister Sukhu has issued all the guidelines to keep additional reserve forces with the Superintendents of Police of all the districts for better policing during the fairs organized in all the famous Shaktipeeths and temples of Himachal Pradesh.

Honorable Chief Minister of Himachal Pradesh Shri Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu, keeping in mind the population of the entire Himachal Pradesh, area, increasing crime rate along with the number of tourists coming to Himachal Pradesh from India and abroad and all other major reasons, the Himachal Pradesh Police All guidelines for restructuring of all police stations have been issued.

Also, guidelines have been issued to release financial assistance to the police personnel of all the police stations as well as to provide all other modern facilities depending on the local needs of Himachal Pradesh Police and all other reasons.

CM Sukhu has issued instructions to senior officials of Himachal Pradesh Home Department to start searching the lands for opening each police station in all the districts by categorizing them and establishing the only police station in place of the police posts of all the districts.

Himachal Pradesh Government is also continuously taking active steps to maintain law and order and strengthen Himachal Pradesh Police.

CM Sukhu also recommended formulation of rotation policy for deployment of all officers and employees of Himachal Pradesh Police, deployment of all sensitive posts for only three years and mandatory cooling off period for all employees after deployment. Besides, to ensure accountability in the entire functioning of Himachal Pradesh Police, orders for appointment of special police forces have also been issued by CM Sukhu.

Also, CM Sukhu has issued guidelines to deploy all the special teams of Himachal Pradesh Police Department to prevent the problem of intoxicants and drugs being sold indiscriminately near all the educational institutions of Himachal Pradesh.

CM Sukhu has issued all orders to Himachal Pradesh Police to deploy additional special police forces to keep children away from evils like all types of drugs and to protect them.

CM Sukhu said that guidelines have been issued to all field officers in the Himachal Pradesh Police Department to ensure availability of additional petrol and diesel vehicles for active patrolling activities as well as electric vehicles for all staff police personnel.

While issuing all the guidelines for developing the Superintendent of Police Office, Noorpur, CM Sukhu said that along with the deployment of adequate police forces in the Superintendent of Police Office, Noorpur, all the guidelines were issued for developing all types of infrastructure.

CM Sukhu has also issued guidelines to hold another meeting on November 20 on all reforms in the Himachal Pradesh Police Department.

In the meeting of senior officials of Himachal Pradesh Home Department, Himachal Pradesh Chief Secretary Prabodh Saxena, Principal Secretary to Chief Minister Sukhu Bharat Kheda, Himachal Pradesh Home Secretary Dr. Abhishek Jain, Himachal Pradesh Director General of Police Sanjay Kundu, Additional Director General of Police (Home Guard) Rakesh Aggarwal. , Additional Director General of Police (CID) Satwant Atwal, Additional Director General of Police (Law and Order) Abhishek Trivedi, Additional Director General of Police (Prison System) AP Singh and all senior officers were present.
