All Zilla Parishad cadre employees sitting on fast unto death –

Himachal Pradesh government has taken a major and strict action against all the employees of Himachal Pradesh Zilla Parishad cadre who are continuously on strike and has taken the most important decision of dismissing them from all the important posts.

Important instructions have been issued by Himachal Pradesh Panchayati Raj Department Director Rugved Thakur on Thursday and along with important orders issued to the CEO Zilla Parishad to completely terminate the government services of all 167 junior engineers. Important notification regarding all these orders has been issued by Himachal Pradesh Panchayati Raj Department.

Under which six junior engineers from Bilaspur district of Himachal Pradesh, thirteen junior engineers from Chamba district, ten junior engineers from Hamirpur district, 38 junior engineers from Kangra district, three junior engineers from Kinnaur district, eleven junior engineers from Kullu district, Lahaul Spiti district. The services of two Junior Engineers of Himachal Pradesh, thirty-two Junior Engineers of Mandi District, seventeen Junior Engineers of Shimla District, thirteen Junior Engineers of Sirmaur District, twelve Junior Engineers of Solan District, ten Junior Engineers of Una District have been terminated by the Himachal Pradesh Panchayati Raj Department. Has been given.

All the dismissed posts of one hundred sixty seven Junior Engineers have now been decided by Himachal Pradesh Panchayati Raj Department to start the recruitment process on outsourced basis.

On outsourced basis by Himachal Pradesh Panchayati Raj Department, seven posts each in Bilaspur and Chamba districts of Himachal Pradesh, thirteen posts in Hamirpur district, thirty-five posts in Kangra district, three posts in Kinnaur district, thirteen posts in Kullu district. Himachal Pradesh The recruitment process will be done by the Panchayati Raj Department on outsourced basis. To fill the posts of all these junior engineers, complete information has been sent to Himachal Pradesh State Electronics Development Corporation and outsourced employees will be recruited on all these junior engineer posts only for one year.

Despite repeated active notices issued by the Himachal Pradesh Panchayati Raj Department, all the junior engineers were not reporting for duty.

The Government of Himachal Pradesh, while completely justifying it, said that due to the continuous absence of junior engineers, they are not being actively involved in the resumption of all the development works of MNREGA, pending payments of MNREGA laborers and all the important works of disaster management which have hit Himachal Pradesh heart-wrenchingly. The hurdles were being faced by junior engineers.
