He said that the budget has already been approved for this work. We have given the orders to the department for the maintenance of the roads of the city and the work will start soon because the rains have advanced this time. So because of this the work is getting delayed a bit.
And very soon the ring road of the city and the other roads of the city, apart from this, we have also made provision in the budget to cover the drains and open drains lying on the edges of the city.
The budget has also been sanctioned, a lot of budget has also been sanctioned for the drains, streets and roads of the city. It will take some time to rectify the system which was corrupt for so long.
And definitely it is our effort that this system was faulty, the roads were faulty. To improve it and after sitting with the department, we will start the work of ring road.
First we sit and hold a meeting with the officers of the electricity board, IPS, PWD and MC so that it does not happen that we build a road and come up with some other project.
Ajay Solanki also said that the government has approved a project of Rs 144 crore for sewerage system in Nahan city and the work on this project will start soon.
