District Magistrate Shimla Aditya Negi Issued Notice To Public Order-
District Magistrate Shimla Aditya Negi while issuing today said that in view of maintaining public order, any kind of meeting, rally, sloganeering, demonstration band playing will not be organized in Shimla’s mall road and surrounding areas and such things Carrying things that can be used as weapons will be banned. Prior permission will be mandatory for such events.

Chhota Shimla to Kennedy House and The Ridge, within 150 meters from Rendezvous Restaurant to Rivoli Cinema, Scandal Point to Kalibari Mandir, Link Road Chhota Shimla Gurudwara to Chhota Shimla Kasumpti Road, Chhota Shimla Chowk to Raj Bhawan as per order issued.
All activities like meeting, rally, sloganeering, playing demonstration band will be banned-
District Magistrate Steps and walkways connecting Kusumpati Road and Chhota Shimla Gurdwara, Cart Road to Majitha House Link Road, AG Office to Cart Road, CPWD Office to Wide Maidan and Police Gumti to Lower Bazaar above Deputy Commissioner’s Office Any kind of meeting, rally, sloganeering, playing performance band etc. will be banned in 50 meter radius.
These orders will not apply to the personnel of police, military and paramilitary forces during their duty.
