Mayor Sergei Sobyanin said in a post on Telegram that the attack caused minor damage to several buildings, but that no one was seriously injured. He didn’t explain what it meant.

The mayor said residents of two buildings damaged in the attack had been evacuated and that all of the city’s emergency services were at the scene. Russia’s RIA state news agency reported that some people in a Moscow building in the south of the city had been evacuated.
