Hamirpur News: Seven year old child dies after falling into septic tank, case against company

Due to gross negligence in the Shimla-Mataur four lane construction work, a seven year old child today died tragically after falling into a septic tank. In the entire matter, a case has been registered against the company doing the construction work in Sadar Police Station on the basis of the complaint of the child’s family. The entire accident took place in Khangar. A septic tank in Khangar was constructed due to negligence in construction work. The lid of the septic tank located at Khangar was left open by the company carrying out the construction work. A case has been registered on the basis of the complaint of the seven-year-old deceased child’s father, Aman Sharma, son of Roop Lal, main resident of Khangar Gram Panchayat.

In the complaint given to Hamirpur police, Aman Sharma, father of the deceased seven-year-old child, has said that the septic tank was kept open due to the negligence of the company due to construction work.

Due to which today their seven year old child died tragically after falling into the septic tank.

After a seven-year-old child fell into the septic tank, the child was taken out of the septic tank and taken to the local hospital with immediate effect, but as it was too late, the child was declared dead by the doctors.
