Himachal: Salary Released To Electricity Board Employees, Still Waiting For Pension
Paying salary of all the employees working in Himachal Pradesh State Electricity Board has been released on Saturday. On the other hand, all the retired employees of Himachal Pradesh State Electricity Board may have to wait longer to get pension. The Joint Struggle Committee of Himachal Pradesh State Electricity Board employees and engineers told Diary Times correspondent Kumud Sharma that the protest is going to continue demanding the removal of the Managing Director of Himachal Pradesh State Electricity Board from his post.

Even on Saturday, a large number of employees are protesting outside Himachal Pradesh State Electricity Board Headquarters Kumar House in the capital Shimla as well as all the Electricity Board offices of Himachal Pradesh during lunch break.
On Friday, the funeral procession of Himachal Pradesh State Electricity Board management was also taken out by all the employees of Himachal Pradesh State Electricity Board throughout Himachal Pradesh.
The important decision to suspend all agitations was taken by the employees of Himachal Pradesh State Electricity Board after the funeral procession of the Himachal Pradesh State Electricity Board employees and the intervention of the Honourable Chief Minister of Himachal Pradesh, Shri Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu.
