PM Modi, Danish counterpart Frederiksen review progress of India-Denmark Green Strategic partnership

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday spoke on telephone with his Danish counterpart Mette Frederiksen and reviewed the progress of the Green Strategic Partnership between the two countries.

The two leaders expressed satisfaction at the recent high-level exchanges and growing cooperation, according to the statement.

During this, Modi briefed Fredriksen about India’s chairmanship of G-20 and its key priorities.

“Prime Minister Frederiksen appreciated India’s initiative and extended Denmark’s full support to it,” the PMO said.

According to the statement, the two leaders agreed to celebrate the 75th anniversary of India-Denmark relations next year in 2024 in a befitting manner and explore areas to further diversify their ties.
