People are facing problems due to the closure of operation theater in ESI Hospital located in Parwanoo of Solan district for the last three weeks.
Due to rain, dampness has come in the hospital and operations have been cancelled. In this hospital, about five hundred patients come to the OPD daily and about one hundred people are operated every month.
Medical President Dr. Vinod Kapil told that the risk of infection increases due to dampness, so the operation has been canceled.
He said that the administration and higher officials have been informed about the facilities in the hospital. The hospital is closed for three weeks because the roof of the hospital is not completely strong.
There is a danger and water gets filled in all OTs, so OTs have been closed.
